If you live in the counties of Adair, Cherokee, Delaware, McIntosh, Muskogee or Sequoyah you are eligible for a free library card.
Simply visit your local EODLS library and bring with you proof of address (example: driver’s license, mail, bill) to register.
Children of any age are welcome to have a card. However, those under the age of 18, must bring a parent to sign the application and review internet usage guidelines.
EODLS serves library patrons in Adair, Cherokee, Delaware, McIntosh, Muskogee and Sequoyah counties. You can use your library card at any of the 15 branches throughout the system.
A total of 25 items may be checked out at one time. Of those items, 3 may be DVDs, 3 may be Video Games and 12 may be Audiobooks.
Patrons may not check out materials if they have any unpaid fees or overdue items.
You may renew items twice, either by phone, in person or online in My Account. Items cannot be renewed if a hold is placed on the title by another patron.
Overdue DVDs and video games will incur a late fee of $1 a day. Patrons may not check out materials if they have any unpaid fees or overdue items.
Visit your library to get a new card. There is a $1.00 replacement fee. Or choose to purchase a key chain card for $1.00.
Students who live on campus or a town served by EODLS are eligible for a free library card.
Visit an EODLS library and bring with you proof of address (example: driver’s license, mail, bill) and your student ID to register.
Citizens who pay ad valorem taxes in one of the EODLS counties, but live in another county qualify for a free library card. Visit an EODLS library and bring a copy of county tax assessor bill to register.
People who do not live or own property in any of the System's six counties are considered non-residents and must pay $10 for a library card.
Additional Library Services
Computers with Internet access are available at each of the branch libraries. Library card holders are allowed 2 one-hour sessions each day. Children under 18 may be allowed Internet access with the approval of a parent or guardian. Visitors may request a Guest Pass at the service desk. Guests are permitted one pass per day.

Several EODLS branches have non-traditional collections available for in-house use or checkout. Ask about non-traditional collections are your local library.

Our branches offer a number of business services for a small fee. All costs are per page. Scanning (if available on copier) is free.
