If you live in Adair, Cherokee, Delaware, McIntosh, Muskogee, or Sequoyah county, you are eligible for a free library card.
Simply visit your local EODLS library and show a proof of address (example: driver’s license, mail, bill) to register.
Children of any age are welcome to have a card, but those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the application and review the internet use guidelines.
Citizens who pay ad valorem taxes in an EODLS service county qualify for a free library card, even if their primary residence is in another county. To register, visit an EODLS library and show a copy of a county tax assessor bill.
People who do not live or own property in an EODLS service county are non-residents and must pay $10 for a library card.
Students who attend a school in an EODLS service county are eligible for a free library card.
Visit an EODLS library to register. Bring a proof of address (example: driver’s license, mail, bill) and a student ID.
Visit your library to get a new card. There is a $1 replacement fee. Keychain cards are also available for $1.
EODLS serves Adair, Cherokee, Delaware, McIntosh, Muskogee, and Sequoyah counties. You can use your library card at any of the 15 branches throughout the system.

A total of 25 items may be checked out at one time. There is a three DVD and video game maximum and a 12 audiobook maximum per card.
Patrons may not check out materials if they have unpaid fees or overdue items.
Most library materials check out for 21 days. This includes books, audiobooks, and magazines. DVDs check out for three days. Video games and other non-traditional items check out for 7 days.
You may renew items twice. You can renew by phone, in person, or online at My Account. Items cannot be renewed if a hold is placed on the title by another patron.
Overdue DVDs and video games incur a $1 per day late fee. Patrons may not check out materials if they have unpaid fees or overdue items.
Additional Library Services
Computers with Internet access are available at each of the branch libraries. Library card holders are allowed 2 one-hour sessions each day. Children under 18 may be allowed Internet access with the approval of a parent or guardian. Visitors may request a Guest Pass at the service desk. Guests are permitted one pass per day.

Several EODLS branches have non-traditional collections available for in-house use or checkout. Ask about non-traditional collections are your local library.

Our branches offer a number of business services for a small fee. All costs are per page. Scanning (if available on copier) is free.
